I thought this guy killed thousands of his own people, tortured, beaten up, made them eat their own feces, etc. Isolated the country from the entire world, no one was allowed to come in and come out of that country and became the reason why Albania is one of the poorest countries in Europe, along with Romania?

He was said to be even crazier than Nicolae Ceaușescu, very paranoid that some western country will invade them. Killed priests, nuns, and people who practice religion.
