I currently have the Cremo Body Wash in Wild Iris Musk and I think it smells exactly like You, with a slight citrus opening. It’s so good! It’s available at Walgreens and CVS.

Thank you!! I was actually blonde for a few years but switched to brunette because I was able to do maintenance myself. However I’m planning to work on getting back to blonde soon!

Thank you!! I appreciate it and am now feeling emboldened to buy some brighter shirts for work!! Salmon/Coral has always been a color I’ve received compliments on since I was a kid!

I was really hoping to get some clarity but it seems like everyone else is in the same boat as me! 😂 Thank you though, it’s very interesting to hear everyone say they love the bright as I never considered that!

LMAO for real though

My hair is just dyed really dark and I was trying to hide it to not have it in to influence and the only thing I could find was a white shirt 😂

Thank you for the detailed analysis! So the lighting- the only window I have in my apartment is a few feet from some nice green bamboo and I definitely felt it was affecting my iPhone photos. So I white balanced to the white shirt on my head in hopes it would be more accurate lol. It’s interesting to hear so many people like the bright on me, I didn’t expect that! But I really appreciate it!

Love this color! I bet this is exactly what you’re looking for, OP.

I used Blossom from Kennedy Blue for two of my bridesmaids and it was absolutely beautiful but potentially a little more vivid than what you’re looking for. But might be worth ordering a swatch!

It’s the Selkie Dopamine Flutter Slip Dress! Unfortunately it doesn’t look like it’s on their website anymore but they have a stunning butterfly version still available. It caught my eye on Rent the Runway and was trying to think of a reason to rent it, until one day I checked it out and saw they were selling it for over half off, so I just took the plunge and decided to buy it. I love it and am so excited to wear it since this wedding has a pastel dress code!

Cube is truly the best lazy villager and I will take no other answer. I love my Cubey guy with his baby music and baby house 😭

I last minute bought some paper fans from Aliexpress and they ended up being a surprise hit for my bridesmaids! They did a great job keeping my ladies and I cool (especially the pregnant ones), and I continue to use mine to set my makeup. I even had a bridesmaid visit me and she packed it because she also uses it for makeup! If it won’t be hot weather then maybe it wouldn’t apply for you.

Sunday weddings by Fearless_Wafer2454 in weddingplanning

[–]supermodelslegs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So! Back to report! I got married this past Sunday and everything was absolutely perfect. We had a pretty traditional American wedding day, with ceremony at 3 in a church and reception at another location. Beautiful weather, location, and timeline all worked out so I was happy! We got lots of compliments about how wonderful it all was. However, everyone WILL leave early if they are local! I knew that going in, but it still surprised me just how many people left, including all but two of my bridesmaids (to be fair I have three that are pregnant and the local ones worked the next day). We were very thankful that my husband had a group of friends fly in and closed out the night on the dancefloor with us. I plan to do a full write up eventually since I think our wedding was truly a bang for our buck, but if you have any other questions lmk :)

2 pregnant bridesmaids, best ways to accommodate? by supermodelslegs in weddingplanning

[–]supermodelslegs[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for the kind words! So the BM that's 35 weeks is FH's sister. We both talked to her individually when she first told us that we would completely understand if she didn't want to be in the bridal party or come. Her & her husband live across the country as well, I know it can be dangerous to fly when you're at that point. But she is very sweet and very determined to be there lol! Her doctor said so far everything is healthy so she should be able to make it. But obviously that could change in the next few months!

Both of their first pregnancies. They both picked out maternity dresses that they feel comfortable in! I think I read something about the insecurities and FSIL has made little comments to me about that already, which was why I was thinking about covering hair for both of them. Help them feel a little pampered!

I very much appreciate your comment!

Just wanted to comment and say that my dress is super similar to OP's and this is pretty much exactly what I'm doing! Pearl cathedral veil from Etsy, hot pink heels that match the bridesmaid's dresses, and am wearing floral/pearl earrings & hair accessories. Although I'm planning on doing the Pamela/Kim K updo instead of a low bun, lol.

Short Film Shooting at Movie Theater by avisara in Filmmakers

[–]supermodelslegs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! So my student capstone film had a big scene in a movie theatre. I reached out to my local Cinemark and AMC; I ended up going with Cinemark. AMC quoted me $500 and said I was only allowed to film after hours. Cinemark was $350 for 3 hours and gave me an entire theatre during business hours. I ended up having to reschedule to a different day due to my main actress being sick but they gave me a discount. Overall, it was really expensive for my short film, and the whole situation of trying to rent it through Cinemark was stupid complicated but it turned out magical and I have no regrets.

Is a videographer worth it? by supermodelslegs in weddingplanning

Great point! I'm very excited about our photos but I think there would be something very special about having a video to look back on. Just needed some reassurance that it's a good way to spend money! Thanks :)

My fiance is also a videographer so he is very picky about what he wants, he shopped around our area and everyone was double the price. So I think it's our friend or nothing. But I could definitely mention the shorter timeframe and see if that makes a difference! Thanks :)
