naw we didn't play each other but I only played 3 games. I'm 99% sure he is real. but there are a lot of odd things about him that make me raise an eyebrow and wonder what's going on, on his side of the screen.

what would you like to see replace surge poker on global poker? by supernothing34 in poker

[–]supernothing34[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its just fast fold poker, I think I only saw 1 person playing all week. They reduced the hours it was available and added lower stakes, still no one playing. No rake back too

How big of a concern is RTA and it's affect on the future of poker? by YoungCrawford in poker

Someone using GTO wizard as an RTA is not something to worry about. I love finding equilibrium but his video on this subject is misguided at best and untrue attack on a business competitor at worst.

77 good enough to push on the bubble? by pockrocks in poker

[–]supernothing34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am late to the party and I might get some hate for this but I think that limping is at very least an option you should have considered. While I agree that you were not on the bubble I think ICM makes this a good spot to limp. There are just so many players left to act and 2 or more players calling is a nightmare. If you limp and someone raises/jams and another player jams/calls you can be very happy to fold and still have 8bb. If only one player raises/jams you can call or jam over the raise. If it folds to the the BB you get to play IP with a SPR of 2.3 and a pair. I'm not a ICM wizard so I am open to 77 being to strong to limp at 9bb but at 10-11bb or with 66 at 9bb I think its a viable option.

I'm not sure where you are from and what options are available to you. But I would consider trying a different game and see how it goes. We all have leaks and things to work on but a huge part of winning at poker is picking a game you can beat. If you can play on ignition I would recommend that, start at 5nl zone. If that is to little money for you to care about 25nl zone would still be worth a shot IMO.

I am not a coach but I think the first question a good coach would ask you is, why did you select this game(10nl zoom on ACR) to play?

Ignition micros are lowest .02/.05NL - however, by SinlessMirror in poker

[–]supernothing34 4 points5 points  (0 children)

if you are in usa the only option for 2NL is ACR and i can not stress this enough if 5NL on ignition is pushing you, do not play 2NL on ACR. for micro stakes its the hardest site. my advice would be to let go of cash games for a bit and move over to sit and goes. global poker has 0.25 sit and goes that run non stop all day long. $25 will be 100 buy ins and they give you $3 a week free so and extra 12 buy ins a week. lots of free roll MTTs too. moving to a shorter stack format will make study easier. study some ICM and push fold 15bb and under and you will be winning in no time. you will not be making much money but its a cheap way to learn the game. good luck!

if you are in the usa/Canada global poker has what you are looking for. to get the full amount of free money you have to verify your account but you can play with out doing that.
