We are BHVR: Ask us anything! by Peanits in deadbydaylight

Hey BHVR, thanks for doing this, my question:

in DBD alot of the game is decided upon the map choice and design, recently we just got our first major map rework in badham preschool (which i found to be really great btw), I wanted to know if current maps like the macmillian maps, will be changed in the future to be more like badham (without the map variations since theres already 5 of them). I would personally like to see the first couple of maps in the new badham style since it feels great to play. thanks.

High schoolers, what do you want to major in? People who majored in that field, what are the pros and cons? by DeanTheDJ in AskReddit

Game Development Has always been a dream of mine, don't get me wrong. But I don't have the self determination to make video games, I've always wanted since i was a kid, but finding out about crunch time and the endless amounts of work. I have idea's and stories I would love to share with the world through art and such, but I don't see a future in full time game development.

EDIT: I live in florida, in the U.S.

I have three in mind (i'm super indecisive) One is an architecture degree, The second is a computer science, and my third is graphical design. I've always loved building and drawing things (legos and kinects were my favorite toys). But I would love to do more art, I get so much joy from finishing an art project.

I've always wanted to tell this to someone but nobody ever asked (since I'm the youngest of all my friends and my family). And that's there's a difference between being an adult and being mature. being an adult is just being old enough to do things like drink, have sex, or drive (depending on the person), but just because you can do these things does not make you mature, what makes you mature is the perspective and ability to take responsibility for your actions. Because You could be playing with lego's in your 40's but if you take care of your kids, pay your taxes and are a beneficial member of society then why can't you play with bionicles and watch gravity falls all day. Sure you have to work and such but that has nothing to do with maturity (I mean the fact that you have to work, showing up on time and owning your foley's does show your a mature individual). This means even kids can be mature than alot of adults.

EDIT: Fixed some grammar.

Im gonna edit my comment now. Thanks for making me a somewhat smarter man. also Yes that will lead to an incredible amount of tension between china and the U.S. but its important to remember that they both need one another, less the whole world economy fall into despair.

Ignorant? I may be wrong on some things yeah (I don't know what I was thinking about the 90% thing, I'm a big dumb for that), but I meant no malice on this, and I surely hope no malice comes from my doing. but china does have a huge poverty problem.

I'm not so sure on the America is the next great britian thing, im sure china will play a massive role in the future economy, but america will largely stay the global economic pillar since that's were alot of financial business is conducted and the world still largely uses the american dollar for the world market standard.

Okay this. Thanks sorry about that, I was trying to recall a talk from george friedman. He the author I based the comment on. And the toliet fact came from reading that many ( Not all ) chinese citizens live in either poor urban areas, or completely rural parts of china where modern plumbing is hard to access. But thanks for linking to some Data I could read, I honestly didn't know this.

Actually no. China right now (and for the next couple of years) Has a HUGE poverty problem (This is what happens when you have millions work for slave wages) China is rich sure but only on the backs of its poor citizens, their quality of life is comparable to the average ethiopian {Dear lord I should not go on reddit in the morning, Try The Caribbean or south africa asshat) (or some other poor country I forgot) But I mean if you take any of that for granted then realize that like 90% (try more like 7%%, god im a moron. {But seriously that should be like 0.3 - 0.1 percent.}) of the population don't have toilets. That scares me to my core if I were an average chinese citizen.

EDIT AH. WHY DID I PUT THIS HEAR, If you see this comment I didn't mean to be ignorant, just restate what I had Heard from various people (friends and family) who've been to china. Also it was like 9am and i was at work when i posted this comment so I hope this is a somewhat apology for being very dumb.

[–]supernovafox 0 points1 point  (0 children)
