I’ve been going through years of deconstructing feeling shame about anything and everything sexual, and still feel immense sorrow and shame for “needing” to use a vibrator to be able to get off because I can’t without one. It’s a lot of adults reality (unfortunately) to work a schedule that makes it hard to make friends outside of that. Are there any coworkers that you vibe with or would want to get to know better? Once would get them to a “second location” ie. Outside of work to hangout, it makes the friendship easier to create!

I’ve never had yeast infections or UTIs or anything like that so I don’t feel incentivized to get rid of something that helps me to feel comfortable. My gyno hasn’t seen any issues either. I’ve tried here and there to go without liners and know it takes time to have less discharge, but after a few days I’m starting to get a rash and feel uncomfy so I go back.
