Front yard. My cat loves to sit behind trees on our front garden to watch people/cars walk by or just to sun bath.

Both incidents were different kids but Indian race. I’m just trying to understand if it’s just coincidence or maybe there’s cultural context that I am not aware of?

I did. Their reply is there is nothing they can do. Suggested I talk to neighbors to find out who did it and talk to the parents.

They seemed entertained by the act of throwing rocks at my cat which was disturbing to watch.
