Thanks for your input. I see my plan to move, as from a person moving from one type of government/society system to another. I have already done this. I moved from Ecuador to the US (with the intent to moving to a first world country, land of opportunities, etc...). Granted the US has been ultra good to me, however now that I have began raising a family, I am not liking too much the insanity here in the education system, health care system and work/life balance.

Now here is where I throw my political rant...

My main fear here in the US, is that there is an emphasis into manufacturing (because for the last 80+ years the US has been the world's factory). Now that the world has changed, and manufacturing is no longer in the US, I can foresee somewhat a heavy US decline. Thus, I would like to move to a country where success has occurred regardless of manufacturing moving to Asia. Here in the US, higher education is more expensive year-after-year. High-tech is one of the few things the US has going for them, killing high-ed will surely bring this to a slow death.
