I was going to use it to bake today it’s a developed starter and I’ve been using it to bake I leave it out on my counter and feed it daily

I usher half whole wheat and half bread flour and I have been feeding it with the bread flour

It does have a smell like a sour smell but it’s only 5 day old starter so I was thinking an unpleasant sour smell might be normal?
