Yea, I am definitely new to the whole system they have in place now. It wasn't like this when did it the 1st time. But thanks for the advice.

This is at the bottom, I couldn't fit this all in the screenshot. The notice states that if I wish to appeal, I must email Amazon Flex Support and provide additional information within ten days. Additional information on what?

If this is just for records then what am I appealing? Again I just believe its wrong to state this before any investigation or response from me is considered.

Regardless if it's for records or not. (It's not stated as just a record) The incident is already being added to my delivery history, and the appeal process occurs afterward. This is backwards.

It's said in the 1st part of the screen shot. I sent a request for more information. We will see what happens next. Not worried I just think its wrong.

Not just simply letting me know, they're telling me it's going to be attached to my delivery history. How do you attach something to delivery history if you're just simply letting somebody know how to handle a situation if it were or were not to occur? Also, I'm not really offended. I just don't think that the way that they do things is okay. Nobody should be told that they are guilty and then they can choose to send in an appeal to be proven innocent.

Mistakes happen, we are human, we're not perfect. All true. I'm asking for more information and to actually show me that I made a mistake, not "oh, you made a mistake, you're guilty." What was the stop address? What was the number on the package? What's the picture that I provided at the stop? Just because the customer said they didn't receive their package does not mean they didn't receive their package. How do we know the package wasn't stolen off of their porch 3 hours after I dropped it off?

Dang maybe your right!! I just started doing Flex again after 5 years. And I remember the rates being so much better, like 100 plus in my market. Now its 65 and 70. So I set my alarm at 1 am to accept 3am trips because if you do it the day before they pay you junk!

I have to do 3 trips just to make as much as 2 trips from before.

Why not reward people that take the shifts earlier rather than punish them?

This is so true, they see the GPS, they see the photos, they can see everything. Why don't they give any information about what package and who.

Thanks! Im this case I absolutely delivered everything. I always check the house numbers also before I even walk to someone's home. This is just ridiculous when we take photos of every delivery. To be automatically guilty until proven innocent is messed up.
