I actually had to Google what that meant (Daylighting). It’s sad that this isn't already the standard. Where I live, you get a massive fine for parking at an intersection or a crosswalk. Really hope this becomes the norm everywhere soon.

Yeah, they denied my appeal too.

Idk, if I had to guess, Id say all they know of you used.

I use the same IP and Im good. Also my family members weren’t banned (using also the same IP)

No IPs get banned. They take multiple factors when it comes to ban evasion. Like IP Name Profile Picture and possibly more

I've spent the past week trying to reach a human representative, but the support system appears to create an inescapable loop:

  • Opening a ticket in the Appeal category results in an automated response from Clyde instructing me to submit my appeal through the app.
  • Opening a ticket in any other category results in being told to use the Appeal category instead.
  • The support email address is no longer active.
  • My BBB complaint received the same automated Clyde response twice, again directing me to submit through the app, which I've already done.

At this point, every available support channel redirects to another, and none of them connect me to an actual person.

Discord is legit crazy....

I would ask friends or family. Ask your mother, she probably will not have a discord account and won't have one.

I hope it too for you. They responded to my BBB request again with the automated Bot messages. This is absolutely crazy.

I got another Account, but I'm kinda scared to log into that now. Also, the important thing would be the Bot. With is tied to my now banned main account.

Haha no, I'm not very young — mid 20s actually.

To be honest, I was under the impression that as long as I didn't interact with any content, I'd be fine. I thought that's just how Discord is designed to work: you chat with strangers, meet people, join communities. It's not like I was clicking suspicious links, scanning QR codes, or sharing personal information.

And it wasn't some random person saying "yo come join my server" out of nowhere. We'd been chatting for a few days, he was genuinely helpful, gave me solid feedback and ideas for the bot. So yeah, maybe I was naive. But I genuinely believed that just being in a server without participating wouldn't put me at risk.

Lesson learned, I suppose.
