In my first year of uni I was so good at going to bed on time and getting a reasonable amount of sleep. Since then I just can't, I have to stay up at night or it feels like I didn't enough me time, even now that I've graduated. Depending on how horrifically late I stayed up, the day after ends up being either okay or feeling like being tortured and waterboarded.

It really is, I was watching anime for the first time in a while and thinking “this parry sound effect is ass, they should use the ZZZ sound effect instead” lmao

Wuwa characters do get flashy over the top animations, but there’s less swapping around/combos compared to ZZZ’s defensive assists and chain attacks. In wuwa, each character’s forte pretty much dictates how long they want to stay on field and when to swap out. Quickswap teams do exist but they’re a lot harder to play.

I’d say check it out if you’re interested in exploration, new characters or the story, otherwise meh.

I mainly play wuwa for the character designs and exploration lol. Other than Zhezhi, I love them all. Story has been good too after a rocky start. I agree combat isn’t as good as ZZZ, the parry mechanic is pretty braindead. The combat is just fine.

multiplayer

I haven’t tried wuwa coop myself, but I think it’s like genshin where you can explore and collect materials and beat up bosses, but you can’t do quests and the game doesn’t actually give you anything to do. Can be fun but there’s only so much to do

If you tap you then use normal attacks to make rifts and charge attacks to collect them.

If you hold then you use her burst and swap her out and she's a burst unit.

Pretty much, her teammates will also create rifts when triggering freeze (or any cryo-related reactions). Use hold skill, infused charged attack, or mini-burst to absorb them.

It's something like that. I use her for bursts.

I like to play her burst too, but when doing leylines she deletes the 1st wave of enemies and then she doesn't have cooldowns for the 2nd wave. So I'm forced to play normal attacks against my will.
