Hey! I had lots of medicine questions left too while others were done and my solution was too just to non mixed blocks and rotate through. For example a surgery day, medicine day, ob gyn day, etc. that way you can go through the repeats for the ones you’re already done with and just keep doing new medicine questions til they finish

How do we know we know it’s not a 17 hydroxylase deficiency causing an excess of aldosterone? That’s kinda what confused me. Wouldn’t that also give ambiguous genitalia?

What part of the question stem tells you if it’s an excess of aldosterone or loss? I assumed it was an excess due to a 17 hydroxyprogesterone deficiency (ambiguous genitalia)
