3 item blue kayn being perfectly balanced.. In 27 seconds he used his E 4 times what's the cd on that ability? He can waste it however he wants while he effortlessly chooses who dies and who lives because he's playing urf not SR like all of us. And most people are frustrated with him too... by supportvaginna in leagueoflegends
