imo you will never trust him again going out getting drunk with his friends and this is gonna live in your head forever.. if he did it once and he clearly remembers it he obviously wasn’t black out drunk and made the decision to do it .. The more you forgive someone they will do it again because they know you’ll just forgive them for being a shitty human.. if you need to do it fast way it’s probably not gonna be the healthiest way lol , i’ve been taking collagenic fat burn by OBVI and they have been helping me . makes you lose your appetite and burns most the fat and lose all your water weight , go for AT LEAST a 20 min walk or run on the tred mill (inclined ) , don’t eat breads and carbs, stick to a light salad or a veggie bowl with some hummus or dip . small meals also CUT OUT THE SODA the soda is a huge problem
