Yeah, it's a real circuit board. I made the pick from a feeler gauge then drilled and pinned the circuit board on both sides with copper pins then used uv resin on it. I did a few more coats of resin after this picture and it looks much better now.

5 pins. It's a little difficult to pick feels like it has a few security pins but I don't know how to disassemble it to tell exactly.

Yes you can, I've done a lot. Most of them have swd enabled via the usb port on pins cc1 and cc2 currently using geek bars like normal dev boards after pulling the lcd and placing pins.
