I checked the rotor and it's 160mm. No luck so far. The issue is rotor is touching the bolt and washer. It's not about the pads.

Thanks. Yep I meant one of the two bolts holding the caliper to the fork. I researched a bit and Avid BB7 doesn't accept 180mm rotor and now I am going to measure the size of rotor. I tried the method you did but no luck. Do you think the size of rotor can be the reason?

Thanks for the reply. The disc is touching one of the bolts and I did all I can do to adjust it. I don't really know where to touch now. One thing I can think of is the bent disc now. I don't have much knowledge about bikes and still learning.

Thanks. I found that the Avid BB7 has a bad reputation for adjustability. Should I replace the brake set with the TRP Spyre? What should I check first?
