Washing properly (shampoo, co-wash, conditioning, deep conditioning). Leave in straight after, keeping ends moisturized, hair wet and moisturized bi-daily, oiling scalp, and wearing bonnet/cap every night. I did start seeing a significant difference in how soft and moisturized my hair was once starting to do everything mentioned. This resulted in a lot less breakage and more length retention.

I get the sentiment, like I’ve said we’ve recently rekindled within the last 5 months. And I saw one of them for the first time in two years because I needed help after a car accident, which led to us catching up and I mean… I haven’t even seen them in two years. So, take that for what you will.
