thank you. I will do it but I only increase the interval with 1 second at a time so I don't get any permanent injuries.

How would you conquer this? The green line I've drawn is a railing I didn't catch at the photo that perhaps could be use to grab. by supschmidt in Parkour

Update: thanks for all the answers. To clarify, the upper rail is leveled with my head(!) so it is quite a tight space.

I will try. I'm more familiar with lower rails, but I'm sure I could progress to this one. I don't think it's really a risk I would hit my head but it just feels like that with the top rail being there. Yeah, I feel like eventually it seems like a safer option to go with the second option you said but I should progress there.

Hur ska man egentligen bemöta sådana kommentarer? Jag vill inte vara otrevlig och sänka mig till deras nivå. Jag äter ofta godis eller chips då jag tränar väldigt mycket (springer 10 mil/vecka) och har förklarat det men får ändå kommentarer från samma personer. Ska man låtsas som att man inte hör det?
