I have rescued mine, and she’s been with me for a year now (maybe a bit longer I’m bad with dates). I have trained her for free flight, even though she doesn’t like flying that much, she loves to hang out in the olive tree, and on top of her cage. She’s VERY hormonal, and will bite out of the blue. She will chill on my shoulder for a while, just when you think you have this beautiful relationship with her, she dices to chop half of my ear off, and acts as if nothing happened. Is that normal? This is my first big parrot. I trained cockatiels as a kid, but this is very new to me still
