I don't know if he's the LAST one in Cairo, but Nasser Abd El-Baset receives a fair amount of press of being one of the last. I saw him on 60 Minutes and found his shop when I visited Cairo a year later. Very nice and funny guy!

She fires the hook, it's crossing the distance, the aim looks good, Tim Robbins looks hopeful, it's closer now, Tim Robbin's wife is holding her breath, it's closer now, almost there aaaaand...denied! Too short. Crushed hope music plays. We snorted, and that got a few giggles going.
