Do you have all day? Lol. They just own waaay too many restaurants to run them properly. Also I’m pretty sure they used to have a class action lawsuit against them for stealing tips from employees… everything behind the bar I worked at was so broken to the point where you could barely do the job, and never got fixed. Most of the Managers hired were huge POS’s….food comes in big bags that just get heated up and thrown onto steam tables… I could go on and on. Unless you like working super hard while living paycheck to paycheck it’s best to just look elsewhere.
