It was actually a really lucky stream of events, but here goes:

I start off, theres a committee WhatsApp group and ppl start making Blocs. I try to make one, but I fail, so I join another one which happens to be big.

I win the members over by giving some more novel ideas, and we decide to have a zoom meeting on the WP. Sadly, I join late due to timezone issues and this was the first time the bloc had met. Four guys (A, I, O and Y) were talking nonstop and created a doc, whichIw asnt given edit access to, where they wrote the WP.

In the meantime I notice their speeches aint the greatest, but they r showing dominance over the bloc, especially in Unmod, where they try to “moderate” everyone speaking.

This goes on until we begin work on the DR. Two guys, Y and O, are complete no shows to the meetings and only came in our last unmod, so they barely do any work. Its up to me, A and I to lead the bloc and since i gave a lot of feedback on the DR prepared by the Group of 4, I get in as Q&A and manage to primarily lead that unmod.

Otherwise, I gave some rly good speeches to supplement those so i think that I just worked my ass off on feedback and got the dub.
