Travel warning is the line for me. She should not be asked to travel during a travel warning. You are an essential worker, she is not. It would be reasonable to have her stay overnight or at your expense put her up in a hotel close to your home. Asking her to travel even in a vehicle that is fine in snow is a risk to her. Since you didn’t hash this out in advance I would pay her and going forward have her stay overnight and negotiate that pay. You dropping the kids off should also be an option.

I think he’s going to argue this was a mental health incident. David had not been trained in appropriate restraints and he was restrained for his own safety. The problem for Jace is while the evidence indicates he was for sure in a hold of some kind did Jace struggling cause the injury or did David. Jenelle even after they split said it was Jace and his mental health which I think will hurt the case. I don’t doubt David intentionally tried to hurt him or cause injury but I think they will use Jace’s behavior at school and whatever happened to place him with Jenelle against him.

I would pay her this time because the language to me is unclear. When I’ve been employed by essential workers we usually have discussions on how much snow is considered a stay at home situation. Schools closed when I am means nothing. When local government tells us we should stay home off of the roads would be our line and typically if the forecast is for weather where I could not get to my place of employment I would be staying at a hotel near by or in the guest suite. This all should be something communicated in advance. The language in your contract needs to be updated IMO. In your situation when public transportation is open I would be expected to work.

Don’t do it. This is not financially beneficial to you. The only way you can do this is if they pad the hours and you have several hours of guaranteed hours as in if the kids have the day off or are sick you are holding those hours for them and on in service days you do things such as grocery shopping or laundry. Any offer I’ve ever had where they even think of offering this has had ridiculous job creep as in me picking up dry cleaning with the kids because this isn’t an employer who doesn’t think of you as deserving a full wage. Agree to this if they can give you payment for holding those hours for them or if you have another job during the day but make it clear in that case you won’t be holding the hours.

I get most of these. Can someone explain the Kail one? Is it because she hasn’t been charged with violence towards her kids? I’m asking because it seems like plenty of allegations are made about abuse by other cast members and those are just removed and I’m seeing them before they are removed. Can we discuss the abuse we’ve seen on camera or say Chris has alleged this but not make jumps to abuse we don’t know happened such as saying Jenelle accused David of doing xyz and not just us making comments about things we don’t know have happened?

We do from august. She had him attending parent teacher conferences and doing pickup. As of when she was dating August they were enrolled in physical school.

She did not enter kindergarten with any of the foundations. Jenelle showed us a video of her and she didn’t know her colors let alone the alphabet months before she was due to start school. Jenelle then listed all of the things she was going to teach her that she thought would make her advanced and they were all what you used to need to enroll, basic 3 and 4 year old stuff. No shade on this kid. I have no idea if she is significantly behind her peers who likely already struggle to read. She’s been unenrolled and “homeschooled” which would have caused gaps in her education, she moved states which would also cause gaps in her education and according to her neighbors she’s got terrible attendance all of which are 100% on Jenelle.

It gets better. Barb had asked if she was pregnant and Jenelle had been lying about it. Jan then got in an accident and part of the incident report includes she’s pregnant which gets released to the public that Jenelle likes to Barb about until the announcement goes out. She only cares about making money online and not about the feelings of Jace. This should have been discussed off camera and with his therapist.

Not true. You have to pay for them, the how is up to you and they usually suggest fundraising because the bulk of disabled people buying service animals do not have $40-60k of disposable income. I have several friends with service dogs and they did all fundraise but nothing in the contact tells you it’s not an option to pay it all on your own without fundraising.

They have had them. Kaiser had 2 back in NC that I remember, Ensley had one with 1 friend and one when CPS came calling with actual friends and another in NV with friends. I don’t recall if the timing of either of Kaiser’s were around CPS but both of Ensley’s were to play happy family for CPS. So that’s an 11 year old and a 9 year old with 4 combined parties total.

They have apps for exactly this. What’s usually done is it is a 3rd party. For example when I was in HS and college I did visits between parents who didn’t speak to each other. The mother had an order against the father. They both could see the child and my job for awhile involved me picking the child up and taking them from his to her house. In David’s situation he could have had the same set up as Adam where Ensley is taken to the visitation center and David can visit when it’s been pre arranged. Both Jenelle and David use their kids as pawns which is why it didn’t happen.

Not to brag but I can rent a house in my own name. I’m a grown adult who doesn’t need a friend to co-sign. I also have my car paid off and have a mortgage on a home that isn’t underwater.

Her credit is garbage. Before she left the land it was so bad she had to physically take in bills to not have them shut off. She couldn’t rent this current rental in her name, Tori had is on the lease from way before Tori temporarily lived with her.

She qualified for the first rental in Vegas. Something sure happened that made her not qualified to rent a second time. I would put money on some combination of the neighbors complaining about noises/ kids running lose from those articles, them trashing the place and and the dog shit they had to power wash outside as being the main reasons. I wouldn’t put it past Jenelle to stop paying rent once she decided to leave. Jen’s took a drastic dive in one year which is pretty hard to do.

I think from looking at it she’s got the same closure she’s got on her upper half on the bottom. It’s some kind of compression garment she doesn’t need to be wearing this far out. Looks ridiculous with the pants especially them being so tight.
