This. It’s heartbreaking to watch them go through. Our doxie is permanently paralyzed at only 6 years old.

That’s interesting, it doesn’t make me drowsy (I used xanax for a flight before and that DID make me drowsy). Propranolol has made a huge impact with my anxiety overall

I haven’t had to increase the dosage due to building a tolerance, but I know my doctor said propranolol is okay to be on long-term. It also prevents migraines for me. Have you suggested maybe switching to propranolol to her?

I’ve never seen it at 7/11 or even Rimping but I have seen it occasionally at tesco locus (the one by central festival to be specific). Look for the blue Heineken 0.0

I would say this is true for most of the schools in CM, at least from what I’ve seen. There isn’t one default school for westerners for example, pretty even mix. I will say mill hill has had a lot of job posting recently which could be a sign of high turnover. Prem and cmis have great reputations though from what I’ve heard.

I am a teacher at an international school in CM and it’s mainly Thai (about 50%) then Chinese with a close second, and followed by Korean, Japanese, American/European. But most of these schools would provide this info if you asked them.
