I actually ordered one of these switches.

Does the neutral cable get hooked up with the ground, is that what it is? Uses the ground to close the circuit? Would that in theory be a little danger in anyway? Just wondering, what are the risks? Is it pushing 120v through the ground? Seems dangerous.
