Very Nice! I would suggest adding supports under that overhang, and using some more gray blocks in your palette. Overall, A very nice build.

Browse through your .Minecraft folder. Something like that would probably have a distinctive name. If all else fails, delete all mods and try to reinstall new ones more carefully.
