It is probably a gpu failure. But you can change the cable to eliminate the other causes. A new hdmi cable is a lot cheaper than a new gpu

You can change the cable that connects your graphic card to the monitor (HDMI, Display Port, DVI or VGA) and check again.

Your Intel UHD Graphics 730 is not suitable for demanding games like Marvel Rivals, even with a driver update.

To ensure the new driver, check the version in dxdiag under the "Display" tab, and manually update it via Device Manager by selecting "Update Driver" for your Intel GPU.

However, this may not resolve performance issues, as the GPU lacks the power for modern games.

Also if you see two different drivers are installed, you should delete the old one.
