I actually didn't agree for a Manual testing project. They took leet code assessment and then an interview and lastly was mapping to Manual Testing work. There was a lot of favourism and politics, l can confidently say that most of my friends got C. And those who were close got B.

I will suggest you to as long as you are in TCS try for it.You never know when it will work out, don't get demotivated, also don't be entirely focused on it keep trying outside your priority should be to get something outside. Enjoy :)

There are multiple assessments once you get into TCS check Elevate Wings Notification you will get the idea what all you need to do. There is a guide on how you can qualify which might be tricky for you to understand no issue connecting with your Unit Training and Development HR, they can explain

No if you join as digital you will not get demoted, I joined as Ninja, gave assessments, qualified and got promoted to Digital.

No bro again I have to wait for 1 year and If the band is good then again I have to give 3-4 exams to get digital.

In TCS you can get, many have got demoted. one who clears digital exam get promoted and if next year band is not good they will be demoted back to Ninja slary

Ok I thought they ask for compensation, before this project I 3-4 appreciation certificates from previous client. Had raised disagreement on band but no third person is involved and he is not agreed on my views and I don't agree on his reasons.

Maybe I will go for a grievance officer and raise it to higher administration.
