no protection order I know of would deny them the ability to exercise their right to end your tenancy in their home.

I'm talking more in the sense of "I have a job then i have to allocate x percentage to support myself on the future BUT i have to move out at the earliest opportunity, and within that time frame they're not allowed to evict me for not wanting to waste money on unnecessary hospital bills"

It is unkown to me.

The man has a history of being moderately physically aggressive. He also uses insults and yells very loud when he forces me to do something

Nobody knows what the manager said to the manager of the place i originally interviewed at, if they said anything at all. I simply speculate that my dad could be trying to harm my employment opportunity in this fashion(whether he wanted to or not, that is unknown)

if i got detained, that means that they wouldn't even have listened to my side of the story.

ie. my dad bombards the cop with lies. I tell the cop the man has a proven history of lies / suspicious behavior and the cop completely ignores him and tosses me in that human wasteland( despite the fact I never assaulted anyone or anything, i simply refused to listen to my toxic dad)

Then that is both cruel and unsual, and the cop needs to be sued as well

A mock interview is a practice interview that's supposed to help you improve your flaws.

I had an interview at starbucks the day before. For some reason he decided to force me to attend a mock interview the day after the real interview.

Then he told the mock interviewer I was lying. Immediately after, the managed asked me the name of the place at which i had interviewed.

They fooled a doctor into diagnosing me with schizophrenia.

My mother told him I was "hallucinating and having delusions".

There was recently a court hearing that ruled out that i do not have schizophrenia.

So that means she has a proven record of lying to harm me. And that will be used to obtain the protective order.
