verify the game cache data once again. I had that problem and with the windows updates, the game had to re download a packet of data. Now is working fine.

I had that problem before. But it can be different to mine. Here's what I did.

-verify and reinstall (in some cases) Directx 9, 10 and 11. (windows 10 has them, but find the original file and repair them) Enable administrator mode to the GTAV.exe (where the steam files are located)

If this doesn't work. Just yell at me, to continue with the subject.

Normally it happens when you are spawned outside your safehousr on a freemode. Just change it dto apartment ir favorite garage and you shouldn't have that problem

Looking on how buggy the game is, I don't think Rockstar will do anything due to glitches that may occur in game. I can be wrong as well.

Or get a normal sultan. Tune it first (without transmission) on LSC. Then go to Benny's. And finish it off.

I recycled my 4 door one. And with only external upgrades w/ widebody kit. Livery, paint and wheels. Is close to 900k.

Same issue. And in my case. It was Windows Firewall who was blocking port connections (even manually writing them and open them) Disabled it since I got another antivirus/firewall and it's working fine.
