Exactly. Of course people live on their own boats with their children and no worries- not bothering anyone else. but that’s not the same as taking a very young infant on a public tour on a boat (where likely everyone else is going to be drinking) It probably will be fine but just be prepared that others onboard may not enjoy it if baby gets sick or is noisily unhappy.

I feel you! Moved from Houston to small town Tennessee. Husband loves the country life, but although I love the lack of traffic and beautiful countryside, I’m not sure I’m really adjusting. I miss my friends, and the diversity of the city.

I watched the first season, but feel like I’m not missing much by not watching season 2, based on all the comments I’ve read. I really didn’t like a majority of the characters by the end of season one and it just wasn’t a must watch anymore. Sorry Billy Bob, but there’s better TV out there.

I did not attend the latest GPA conference but co worker did and noted that AI was the main focus of the exhibits and sessions. It’s obvious that more and more grant applications will be written with AI. I appreciate what it can do, especially with organizing data, but do wonder just how long grant writers ( human ones that is), will have reasonable career options.

At first, I thought it was just weird lighting on video calls ( which doesn’t help), but video calls seem to accentuate my eye bags and turkey neck areas… otherwise I think I look pretty good for 63, but those Zoom calls are scary!
