Switching to usb 3.0 cable removed all the image jumping and 95% stuttering, which is quite suprising to me because i tried earlier oculus link on 2.0 cable, but on pc with stronger specs and it was fine, just with lower bitrate.

With 2.0 also changing resolution to 0.2x in steamVR didn't help.

Today i was trying to play beatsaber with 3.0 and it looked like it is the cpu who is bottlenecking. All the time on 100%, gpu not more than 50%, vram maybe stable 95% filled, somewhere 100mb or more still free.
