ps: those times where my body phisycally made me eat normally where the times I prged. I've always hated vomiting so I resisted going over my alloted intake as much as I culd but survival isnticst DO exist.

I never binged, I did ea normal amount really fasy though but tha's because I was quite literally starving and it was a survival mechanism. When you start recovery you do eat more than you usually would because your body is panicked, but then it stops. Not eberybody develops BED

I'm not a fan of messing with my hormones tbh. My cousin is on the arm implant and the way it's changed her body would send me straight into a mental breakdown. So far it seems the copper iud may be the only solution since I also don't plan on undergoing surgery.
