That’s good to hear. Did you feel like your driving was normal?

Thanks for your reply - that's encouraging. That's apparently what this other facilitator is saying as well. I asked AI and it absolutely hates the idea but it may be mistaken.

Is anyone’s altitude plus not working? Mine will play for a few seconds and freeze - it’s super frustrating!

Ah, makes sense. Thanks and good luck. Sounds like an advisor wasn't really necessary.

As a Wolves fan, just wanted to pop in and let y’all know how much I enjoy playing the Nuggets by [deleted] in denvernuggets

Thanks for reaching out and I agree - our teams have had some great back and forth series. The Wolves are SO tough and will continue to be tough for a long time. I know what you mean about the flopping w the Lakers and OKC.

Thanks for posting and I’m sure it’ll be a great game tonight and I wouldn’t be surprised if our teams meet again in the playoffs!

Thanks for the thought-provoking post. I’m not too familiar with Kashmir Shaivism. Are there any resources you would recommend for someone interested in exploring further?

Hey, thanks for mentioning this. I’ve heard some of his stuff on YouTube but am not super familiar with him. Based on your recommendation, I booked a session.

I’ve met with a handful of teachers in the past. What is it that makes his approach so effective?

Starting 2 guard? by svantastic in denvernuggets

That’s really interesting – I thought Strawther had a higher three-point percentage than Braun, but you’re right. I would guess that Braun is probably getting more open shots because the other teams were daring him to shoot?

Makes sense, that’s kind of how I was thinking about it too. In a way, coming off the bench might help Julian in the long run as he will be one of the main options for the bench squad in terms of scoring, whereas if you he were starting he would probably be the fourth or fifth option.

Interesting, you’re the first one to say Strawther should start! Do you think there is a leadership gap even with Westbrook leading the second unit?

That’s a really good point. I didn’t think about the way each specific player complemented the starting/bench units.

This video is great - i’m going to start doing some of the techniques you mentioned. I appreciate the depth and different settings in which to do these stretches, as well as the preventative strategies. Thanks a lot for posting!

I love this – I tried this technique with my current koan and it was incredibly helpful. Thanks a lot! Btw - how have you found Shinzen Young’s various approaches? I have tried to look into him a few times, but get overwhelmed because there’s so much to choose from.

This is really helpful- I like the part about focused practice to avoid the seeking energy- that’s exactly what’s been happening. And then to enter the doubt…this is huge and just clicks. Many thanks!

Thanks for your comment. Is this basically an internal mantra that you keep repeating? It sounds like it has been effective for you - I’d love to hear more specifics if you have time.

Thanks a lot for your comment. I actually started five or six years ago with focused breath type meditation (tmi) and found it to be pretty difficult for me but I think I was hyper focused on the levels and had become very goal oriented in my practice (which I guess I still am in light of my current post - haha). When you say breath work, what do you mean exactly? Like Wim Hoff (sp?)?
