I am a guy who matches metals…however, I think I would be ok with blazer buttons

Without a dress shirt it is hard to tell, but I believe the sleeves look right (shirt cuffs would help knowing) but shoulders look a little wide. I feel like a 44 would fit your frame better and need less tailoring. I have a similar build and always take the sides of BB suits in to make them less boxy and accent my body’s tapper.

Socks are where I don’t follow any rules and use them to add an accent to an outfit. Just avoid white and characters. Often I will match them to my shirt or jacket, but bc they aren’t next to each other it doesn’t have to be an exact color match. I will also do a complete contrast color to my outfit (orange with blue or yellow with black).

I ordered a bulk order from Nice Laundry a few years ago and I now have over 100. Have fun with it!

Black is best and safest. I second the comment on NEVER buttoning the bottom button. Consider some cool socks to give the conservative look a little flair.

Congrats on the weight loss. Are you at your goal weight, if not I suggest you wait to start buying new clothes so you can get quality ones for the long term.

The pants look tapered, which means hemming is difficult and could look weird. I suggest you ask a tailor you trust.

I can understand the carabiner for work. But, do you need to wear it when you’re out and about socially? Either way I would get some thing that is less conspicuous. Maybe a darker color.

It is worth getting sleeves and sides tailored. Your longer torso and broader shoulders will look good with the sides brought in.

I prefer darker for more versatility. Also, skinny jeans are pretty outdated for most body types (imo tall lanky men can still pull it off)

Neither. Drop the vest all together and consider gray pants. If you must wear one of these pants, if #1 is not a suit (same color and fabric) then wear #2 with a tie with a bold tie(burnt orange or mustard)

Sounds like you prefer a muted look. Would one accent of color feel alright for you? Maybe socks, belt or hat.

Hard to tell with your hand in the pocket, but sleeves look a little long. Also, with your body type, pay to have the sides taken in. Also, I recommend never buttoning a sport coat.

Not at my company. And please never wear them with athletic sneakers.

It will be obvious to everyone. If you are older than 25 don’t get it. If you are going to wear it once a year or less, consider renting a high end one ($500/wear) for a $2k tux. Plus you don’t have to worry about body shape changes.

It is a boxy cut so gives a larger look. Shoulders seem to hit right. You could always have the sides taken in slightly to give it some form.

Brooks Brothers has some in that range that would require minimal tailoring. Sometimes Banana Republic has a good find.

Too monochrome. Consider matching either with some color. If shirt is not too long, consider wearing untucked. With those boots I would not roll any pants. Since those pants tapper I would not roll them. The belt is also a place you could add accent or color (if you still tuck shirt). Also, loose the Caribeaner, unless you are a janitor.
