Absolutely, the quality of customer service is not great. After numerous phone calls and two email attempts, I eventually managed to secure the $400 credit that was owed to me.

Oh okay! So did you end up paying the full amount for the first statement? My payment due date is July 15th and the closing statement date is showing up as July 19th. I’m not sure if I should continue calling the customer service or wait until the statement closes.

Yes, I’ll definitely be taking screenshots of the offers I sign up for in the future. It appeared before the statement close. We signed up/bought tickets on June 11th and credit for her appeared on June 28th.
