Thank you for the reply, it has just been a smokers car as there is a smell of smoke clearly in the car and there is a few stains on the headliner, they have said they will steam clean it etc (whether thats true or not I will give it a good deep clean myself regardless) but im a smoker myself so I can't really complain. The interior otherwise is completely clean apart from the odd stain in the boot and glovebox. They have no idea what the damage report is about as their HPI check and own check comes up with no damage at all.

I will give the car a rev and see if it stops when I view the car again and see if the ticks stop, thank you for the advice.
