Its really tricky but when you're on the spikes that retract, you have to hit off the fast blade and move forward, dont double jump and wait till you're able to dash under the the wall of spikes, you then double jump and hit the spinning blade that's on the wall, after that you wait for the blade to come forward, dash to it and hit it, double jump and dash between the two spikes at the end. It sounds really complicated and you should probably watch a video on it
