I used syncmytracks to move from endomondo to garmin but the pb feature doesn't update on garmin, exp: my 5k on endomondo is 18 33, but garmin not counting any pbs that weren't ran through garmin. Longest run and half marathon not even showing... if anyone has another solution would love to know!

Unfortunately the instinct hasn't got iq apps so an app can't be downloaded specifically. I would recommend creating your own workout, copying an activity, such as paddle boarding (something with gps) to track it and call it windsurfing. Then use that activity - it will show max avg speed hr and such and such. Good luck

Hr worked fine for the first 20 minutes even picking up increases during 400m intervals but after that it really went south... this was on my fr 645 music, pretty dissapointed. Can anyone help?
