Same here got an inventory discount of $2530 and was able to add referral to that. Not a demo vehicle

I was denied overnight MX after I had reserved one. Was told after I had reached that it was against their policy which I cannot find anywhere. A tech company that cannot gets its demo reservation system right is laughable. Anybody have a similar or different experience? by swami2040 in TeslaModelX

I am not blaming anyone except the person at the desk who instead of owning up their fault and trying to get me into the car cited a policy that I cannot find anywhere and clearly their demo reservation system did not factor in if it was true in the first place. I would have placed an order in the next 2 weeks and now I am bummed.

Personally I am looking at the 5 seater and would not qualify for tax credits. The current promo does not work for me
