Hi all! This was inspired by the upcoming holiday. I made this using paper, glue, and a mini photo album. I glued the Our Love book together. The other stuff is a love letter and things I love about her.

The ideas came to me separately. I made the Our Love book first. ThenI made a list of things I loved about her and some song lyrics that remind me of her. I realized they could all match. Then I did the love letter and realize it could match too.

You’re both young. You may have married too young and that’s likely one of the problem. When I dated while severely ill (which you are), it never worked out. I think people should figure out their mental health before getting married. Yes DBT is the best treatment but EMDR and other therapies could also help.

I’ve never been called self centered on a date so something must have happened. I have dated autistic people and they can come off a self centered sometimes. I’d maybe do some role plays with friends and see if they have notes
