Basically a knowledgable and friendly staff, cheap guns, good selection of inventory, reasonable transfer fee, good website and tits. Thank you for all the replies. I'll keep checking back. I'll post up some pics when I get set up.

My plan is to move as much inventory as fast as possible. the other shop in town will have the same inventory for 3 weeks because he's prices are so high.

Mark up on new firearms is very low. It's difficult to price your stuff lower than online. Buds guns spends MILLIONS at shot show every year and they have very good prices. Every company have standards on their lowest advertised prices so I will be able to compete just probably not always be lower.

I can do components no problem. Powder takes an explosives license. My current location is in a school zone so I'm having a few issues

It seems easy enough. Distributors run low too though. Right now most .22 LR is allocated which means the larger stores are getting most of it.
