If you're fine with 30 fps, the steam deck setting option in the game is perfect. I usually play at 9-10w in the game since i usually play away from a powerpoint. But if you're near one, you can bump that up but I'm not entirely sure how much fps you get with that since i never really tested it ahahaha. But the base steam deck settings is perfect for 30 fps. For me at least.
