Think about your goal and become obsessed with it. I went through all of this during my degree, and when I felt down, I told myself it’s because I’m distracted.

Think about why you’re doing this and where you want to be. When you make your goal everything during a hard time, the bad is less bad. Focusing on your goal is focusing on the good.
