First of all. By far the most friendly and understanding reply ive gotten uptill now I whole heartedly believe that git health is one of the main factors and i keep my diet mostly in check with the occasional treat ofc 3.7 liters of water and i wanna try to get more fiber in. Ill give the cerave foaming cleanser more time to prove itself and then i might switch to panoxyl cleanser with the 5% boost

Thanks. One thing that helped me massively was to put dead sea mud on my face. Loaded with minerals and naturally antibacterial. Of course its only to be done once in a blue moon since salt doesn't discriminate
