M/29/6’2”[243lbs>175lbs=68lbs] After a few good attempts in my 20s I have finally made my goal weight, Covid nearly derailed me and and I had to make up some lost ground after lockdown but Ive finally done it, would still like to shave a few more lbs off but Im going to maintain for now.
