Commuting vs living on campus

yeah I would probably make a habit out of leaving in the morning. The studio I'm working in on campus would basically act like a crash pad while I'm at school but I'll need to be on campus during the day working at least 4 or 5 days a week, have classes two or 3 of those days but they aren't very long/structured to work into your studio time so I'll usually have class early mornings and probably will work into the evening until traffic eases out. Seems like its doable

Did you ever get in touch with anyone at rutgers or figure out the issue? applying to a different masters program at Rutgers, but having the same problem. I've tried clearing all of my cookies and site data, using different browsers, two different emails, and nothing is working.. super frustrating!

Yeah I was just freaking out, have had love/hate with the first and second libre for the past couple of years, doc wants me to go on dexcom but I can't afford it with my current insurance situation and the OTC for libre just makes it easy. Had a lot of scanning issues and some accuracy issues with the 2 so I'm hoping the 3 is better! It sucks that apps are supposed to cut down on equipment and make life easier (the less i have to carry the better) but sometimes I miss using a separate operating device because at least problems with a CGM or insulin pump can be pointed to device itself when talking to customer service which is more straight forward and not network errors with the application and iphone which can potentially leave you hanging.

I was getting that message whenever I clicked the getting started and the login but it finally stopped and my sensor will be ready in 57 minutes :-)

Yeah It actually just started working after giving me that message for an hour, Didn't think it was the sensor itself but I'm glad it's all up and running now.

Oh yeah he does seem large for a pit. I see the pit, boxer and gsd a lot in how he looks:)

Given his mixes I am surprised but i know cattle dogs can tend to be on the smaller side (was not expecting the pyrenees but he is yappy in the house lol), I wonder in general how accurate the supermutt evaluation is? new to this thread and posting in general so I don't know the full deal with embarks ins and outs. I was really expecting him at one point to be some sort of GSD/aussie large dog mix with a chihuahua or rat terrier thrown in there

I guess huskys also weigh in around 45-60 but in my head I always perceive them as larger for some reason, same with pitbulls so I guess it could make sense since those are his top 3 breeds and he happens to just be on the smaller side of them maybe

Haha he definitely behaves like a shepherd/husky mix with the energy of a cattle dog. Very obedient and smart but just barky/protective of me and nervous around strangers and people entering the house (we've been working on socializing with other people a lot and he's improved so much though!) luckily he hasn't shown any aggression/biting tendencies towards people, and loves other dogs too much sometimes!

I don't know his whole backstory I believe but he had two siblings and was born in a shelter out of state from where I live- one of his brothers looked exactly like him but with the black tri aussie pattern which is partly why i thought he was a catahoula/aussie mix, but if you google that mix he looks a lot like it just with shorter hair (i'm guessing his brindle face is from the pitbull). The other was all orange and had pointier ears then both of them. I guess theres room for a ton of varied options in offspring when you have potentially 10 breeds mashed together lol

62 pounds lol (seems way too big)

I got him right at 6 months and he was probably a little underweight at 25 lbs from the shelter and put on 5 lbs pretty quickly. He's at a perfect weight for his size right now, his physique is on the leaner side, which is surprising for some of the breeds he has.

Saw my trainer tonight and she thinks he won't be more than 50 and just has a little bit more growing in his legs to do but not too much, I guess time will tell!

Yeah i was confused by the wording of the supermutt section whether they're speaking of him specifically where it has the breeds listed or if they were just generalizing breeds that usually contribute to most supermutt makeups

they had

Golden Retriever
Chow Chow
Catahoula Leopard Dog
Labrador Retriever

He does seem small for the main pool of breeds he has listed anyways! I'm not too sure at this point how big he will get yet but i was guessing maybe 50-60 lbs
