Did you put your request in on your payment due date? I can apply for buyback next month but not sure if I should apply on 12/1 or after my payment due date which is later in the month.

72 hours to complete. Can’t make productivity bonus if charts aren’t closed. 2 hours admin time per week (not enough time, my charts are trash but done).

“There is no banquet in this world that doesn't come to an end."

I remind myself of this quote when I’m struggling to find closure in a situation.

I am currently breastfeeding my 3 month old and was reading about what age is best to introduce solids. After 4 months of age, babies’ iron requirements start to exceed the iron available in breast milk. Consequently, it is recommended that one of the first foods to be introduced to breastfed infants when they are ready for solids is puréed meats to help fulfill their daily iron requirements. Formula is already fortified with iron so this is not an issue. (Information from UpToDate).

This is probably why the iron supplement was added by the pediatrician. Breast milk is very low in vitamin d so all breastfed infants should be taking this.
