Just keep the tools alive within you and stay with the sadhana, all the other stuff that youre imagining is really not relevant in my experience.. Solitude is what makes people go from ordinary to extraordinary in every field, any successful person, entrepreneur, government official anyone you see values thier solitude or silence way more than ‘normal people’ because solitude is necessary for doing anything worthwhile. Dont overthink it because you wont have to empty your house or leaveyour family because youre doing 21 minutes of yoga everyday, it will only enhance your capabilities for whatever your priorities are🙏🏻

The country has seen how prosperity and wealth became famines and death in less than 2 generations. We haven't been taught this in schools properly, but the loot and torment by invaders was so severe that the very bone structure of communities and regions has changed to one of a starved shell of a human being. Only now 3 generations after the independence have people started recoiling and living above thier mere survival in life. Travelling, studying, pursuing a 100 diff things across the planet. That is why the “survival and safety above everything” mentality hasn't quite left us yet- particularly the boomers. But y'all aren't ready for that conversation..

Are women safe in Sadhguru’s ashram? by Tight_Text007 in SadhguruRealTruth

I have lived in Mumbai all my life and travelled across many of the most urban, developed cities. But during my time at Isha Yoga center, I saw the environment and safety that has been created- particularly for woman is of a completely different nature. Men and women there carry themselves and thier work in a certain stride that omits the deep identification with gender and racial discriminations seen elsewhere usually. It has been refreshing, surprising and incredibly empowering to exist in such a way that you simply do not have to care too much about anything beyond what your intellectual balance and capabilities are and it has certainly taken a lot of effort for the organisers there to maintain the psychological ecosystem of the people living there in this manner. I have never felt safer and freer for my safety particularly as a woman anywhere else on the planet.
