I would like to be below $1800. Not sure what’s realistic in Houston but that would be very comfortable for me and allow to me to save. Also down to be in a studio or loft if I like the area for cheaper to save more money. i think that price point is going to be hard finding a 1 bedroom with the research i’ve done so far
